The Talented and Distinguished People. The Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation is concerned with investing in people; investing in people is at the top interests of the Foundation. The Foundation attracts, develops and empowers talented and distinguished people in their areas of interests to ensure that they are guided in the appropriate direction; investing in the talented and distinguished people will help in engaging their energies in a manner that benefits them and their communities.

Invention & Innovation

In line with the recent transformations, qualitative advancements that the Kingdom is witnessing, and the increasing needs that produced a package of creative ideas and innovative solutions, the Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation has taken care of sponsoring inventions and innovations by establishing a specialized center equipped with all technical and qualified staff; this center is supported by specialized experts who support innovations and enable innovators to manufacture their own inventions. The foundation is also currently working with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property to make Al-Ahsa FabLab an approved center that facilitates patent-granting procedures.

Programming, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity

The Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation’s interest in technical fields stems from the national interest and the official orientation to keep pace with the outcomes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its consequences such as the need to protect data and develop technical content & digital services; this will contribute to facilitating procedures, upgrading the level of services, and consequently improving the quality of life.

Craftsmanship

Because crafts are considered as part of culture and one of the most important components of national identity, Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation is interested in protecting and preserving crafts from extinction. The Foundation is also interested in transferring crafts to the new generations through care and development of crafts, modernizing tools used for crafts, and through producing a new generation of craftsmen.

Young National Leaders

Nations are developed by their own young people and future is built by their ambitions; however, for this development to take place, young people need to be prepared, trained and qualified so that they can lead, plan and become professional in management. This is what made the Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation undertake this mission by providing development programs and practical opportunities for young people.

Culture and Arts

Culture and arts are of the authentic components of national identity as well as the basic pillar of the national transformational plan; culture and arts also contribute to the components of life quality. Therefore, Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation was keen to include intellectuals and artists in various fields and to provide them with potential opportunities to express their creativity in their own fields so that they contribute to the development of the national cultural identity.

Sports

As an extension to the Foundation’s efforts to invest in people, qualify them and empower them regardless of their fields, the Foundation provides financial and moral support for sports clubs in order to ensure their continuity and to attract talented people and train them till they reach professionalism.
