In a developmental move towards sufficiency and building the individual and the society, His Highness the Governor of Diriyah sponsors the event of offering the most recent cars to the beneficiary families, an event which was supported by the Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation.

Based on the idea of  integration, empowerment in charity, and building the individual & society, His Highness Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, Governor of Diriyah, sponsored on Monday 8/16/1442 AH ( 3/29/2021) at the governorate headquarters, the event of offering the most recent cars to the beneficiary families, an event which was supported by the Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation.

This comes within the partnership between the Foundation and the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Charitable Society through the “Tamkeen” (lit. enablement) Program which is concerned with rehabilitating and empowering beneficiary families by providing them with the necessary requirements for a decent life, such as housing, transportation, and household appliances. The aim is to reach the ultimate goal of community development and to achieve the Foundation's objective of transferring beneficiaries from the level of being in need to the level of being sufficient or not in need.

The meeting began with a speech delivered by His Highness the Governor of Diriyah;  he mentioned the great developmental steps undertaken by the Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation in the Diriyah Governorate.

His Highness the Governor of Diriyah referred to the continuous prayers made by the beneficiaries in return for the generous support of the Foundation's programs and developmental projects, praising the Foundation's distinguished orientations in empowering families within a set of social tracks that contribute - through community partnerships sponsored by the Foundation- to community empowerment and lead to self-sufficiency for these beneficiaries.

His Highness the Governor also called on those in charge of serving the beneficiaries and urged them to exert more efforts to achieve the desired and common goals among all sectors that serve the citizens. His Highness indicated that the governorate constantly appreciates what institutions do in order to develop and empower society, and that the role played by the institutions is a role model in the field of community service.

At the end of his speech, the Governor praised the constructive cooperation that the Foundation is doing in serving the people of the governate in various fields; for example, he referred to Sheikh Rashid Al-Rashed & his Sons Award for Leadership, Talent and Creativity, which is concerned with the development of male and female students and with the educational support in institutes specialized in English and its disciplines in Britain; this also includes empowering children by employing them in commercial activities that are suitable for their abilities and needs.

In the presence of Ms. Noura bint Abdulmonem Al-Rashed, Mr. Rakan bin Abdulmonem Al-Rashed (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Charitable Society), Mr. Majid bin Saad Al-Osaimi (an engineer), and Mr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Awain (the Executive Director), the cars supported by the Foundation were offered to the beneficiaries. This event took place with the participation of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing represented by Mr. Waleed bin Ibrahim Al-Hadlaq (the General Director of Housing Affairs in Riyadh) and Mr. Majid bin Ibrahim Asiri (the Director of the Developmental Housing Department in Riyadh).
