- Developing a strategic plan in alignment with governance standards.
- Creating a review tool for policies and regulations, and ensuring their update and publication.
- Organizing intensive workshops involving stakeholders to review each policy and propose recommendations.
- Conducting workshops for board members to discuss and approve policy recommendations.
- Hosting orientation sessions with policy stakeholders to explain and clarify policies.
- Publishing policies across the foundation’s platforms according to the targeted audience.
- Submitting regular reports to the Board of Trustees with documented accomplishments and evidence.
